Johnston Transcripts are made available by request by the Registrar's office. They include the official University transcript (including all course evaluations, and grades for applicable courses), the precis written by a student's advisor and presented at the Graduation Review Committee meeting, a student's graduation contract, and all narrative evaluations. Grades can be added to a narrative if a graduate school requires it, but not unless that demand is made by the graduate school. The teacher is responsible for assigning that grade (unless that teacher is unreachable, in which case the Johnston Director, in consultation with faculty in the appropriate discipline, gives a grade).
