Peter Christopher the Canadian Photographer

His book Log Houses: Canadian Classics - I bought this book from Amazon.com when I worked there. It was a very interesting exerience because I had to outwit the computer system to allow me to purchase Amazon's last copy - a defective copy of the book which was slated to be returned to the publisher.
  • Buy Log Houses: Canadian Classics at Amazon.com. I did.
  • Try to buy his book Images of Spain from Amazon.com with ISBN 0771019807 or 0393087921. It seems it's currently only being sold through z-shops and auctions there. But at least you can buy it.

Peter Christopher the Australian Scuba-Diving Writer

  • An interview by Amazon.com Apparently, not having any of the books by this particular Peter Christopher in their catalog didn't stop Amazon.com from interviewing this one.
  • I am also in contact with Peter Stone of Oceans Enterprises in Australia (oceans@netspace.net.au), who recalls of this Peter Christopher: "THE Peter Christopher, author, marine historian and achaeologist, gentleman and son of mother who makes the most delightful spinnace quiche ??? ... He lives in Adelaide, South Australia - the author of several small books on wrecks in diving in South Australia... PC in Adelaide is a very serious amateur diver - but probably like myself has slowed down a bit over the years. He was a founding member of the Society of Underwater Historic Research. His job whehn last I saw hme (now maybe ten years ago) was as an executive in one of the unions - not sure which one - could have been public service.
